Essence
Leadership frequently refers to ‘Achieving a balance’, or makes statements about ‘The importance of balance’, and such observations have a high degree of importance in many instances.
However, the risk is that no Leader can identify the intrinsic purpose of balance.
If Leadership can identify that imperative purpose, it is woefully inept at achieving it.
The outcome is breathtaking levels of needless harm to Life.
More importantly, for almost all practical purposes, "Nature is the Master of Balance" – in its own timeframe – but, Man is guilty of disturbing countless essential balances at the expense of Life.
The majority of those disturbances are in the name of ‘profit’, or ‘success’, or ‘achievement’, or some other short-term situation, with those involved ignorant of the intrinsic implications.
A lack of understanding of Life at these levels is lamentable, if not inexcusable, because they each jeopardise the viable sustainability of Life, in particular, human Life.
Even though the past is not changeable, the ‘Wital Project’ can help change the future onto a sounder direction, including by sharing the intrinsic implications of the purpose of Balance.
Overview
Many opined situations express ‘The importance of balance’, or similar, without the ability to comprehend the fundamental importance of the specific purpose of balance.
The balance is invariably important, but without an adequate understanding of the intrinsic purpose of it, all actions taken are likely to be less than optimal.
They are likely to also be more harmful than needs be, or that is advisable for the quality of Life.
When the resultant harm pertains to Life, a lack of sound understanding as to this underlying reason for the need for balance is likely to undermine Life itself.
Whenever undermined, Nature will react to bring about a remedy, but only within its timeframes.
With Mankind instigating countless imbalances at every level of Life, and at increasing speed, the risks are self-evident.
With sufficient Life-related imbalances, or with certain extreme examples, and with Nature not able to respond swiftly enough, the extinction of aspects of Life become probable, if not inevitable.
With Man causing numerous imbalances involving human Life, a degree of Self-destruction becomes the probable outcome, if not eventual extinction.
